• • Intro is designed for use with videos captures with your iphone or ipad. Creating projects that contain videos from other sources may result in unexpected issues

+ Photo access

• If you are not using videos from other soucres, it is possible that Intromaker does not have access to your photos to save the project to your device. You can go to Settings app> Scroll up/down until you find the entry for Intromaker app > Choose Intromaker app> Verify Intromaker has accessed to Photos.

• Intromaker app supports to save your editing video proccessing if you close app. Then you can continue adjust your Intromaker when you re_open Intromaker app.
